Are you Googling?

Are you Googling? Well, I think there's nothing to expect from you but "of course, why not?". While you are reading this article, thousands of people are using Google. Do you know how much Google searches are going on in 24 hours? The number is around 3 Billion. Amazing, right? Well, we'll discuss later how amazing Google is but now I'm going to show something that will make your searches even easier.

Let's say you need some information about the Earth. Then you Google for 'earth'. And you need to know about both Earth and Moon, you simply add moon as a keyword. Now you Google for 'earth moon'. Between the two words you commonly use 'space'. From now I suggest you use a '+' instead of 'space'. It will effect your search results.

Well, you'll see the above trick is not very effective. Because Google recognizes that, you need to get results on both words. But if you want to search about Earth and Moon but don't want to see about Sun, how do you do that? Yes, you just have to search 'earth+moon-sun'. See? Quite easy. Give it a try for yourself.

If you're searching for a person using his name as a keyword, this will help you. Place the name you want to search between two "Quotation marks"(""). Like "Alexander".

Now if you want to search about 'marry' and all the related terms like marriage, married, marrying etc. Searching for 'marry' wont give results about those terms. But you don't want to type all terms. Just type marry and add an 'Asterisk(*)' to the end of the word. Like "marry*". You got it.

Hope my post did help you. Please feel free to leave a comment.
